ATLANTIS, THE PALM AND AMSTUR CAVIAR BREAK THE GUINESS WORLD RECORD™ TITLE FOR THE WORLD LARGEST CAVIAR TIN AT 50KG

The world’s largest tin at 50kg was unveiled on New Year’s Eve 2017 at the resorts famous Gala Dinner

Atlantis, The Palm teamed up with luxury US caviar company AmStur this New Year’s Eve to create the impossible and break the Guinness World Record™ for the world’s largest caviar tin. The 50kg serving of caviar was presented to guests at the resorts Gala Dinner and smashed the previous Guinness World Record™ for the world’s largest caviar tin, which was recorded in 2016, weighing in at 17kg.

Joyce Azzam wraps her year by conquering Mount Denali, eyes the ultimate Everest challenge

Wrapping it up for this year, Joyce Azzam, the first Lebanese female mountaineer on the quest to conquer all the highest summits in each of the seven continents, has concluded an eventful year of climbing by reaching the top of the majestic Mount Denali. The highest peak in the Northern American Continent situated in the state of Alaska stands tall at a 6190-meter altitude.
