Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture), during the Dubai International Government Achievements Exhibition (DIGAE) 2016, held from 11-13 April at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre. The MoU aims to improve relations, and exchange skills and information. This is part of DEWA’s focus on developing strategic partnerships with organisations in the UAE, and Dubai in particular.

The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) has revealed the launch of its new Smart Patient Portal Direct Booking system. Under the new implementation, appointments made through direct booking are now available for Smart Patient Portal users who visit some health centers.

The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) has concluded its participation in the activities of the ‘Ambassadors of Safety’ awareness programme launched by the Child Protection Committee of the Dubai Police’s General Department of Human Rights under the patronage of H. H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai.
