In support of Apple farmers Alfa launches the “Merchandising our Products is our Responsibility” Campaign in all Alfa Stores

In support of Lebanese apples and apples farmers, Alfa, managed by Orascom Telecom, launched the “Merchandising our Products is our Responsibility” Campaign in all Alfa Stores. The campaign will run for a week during which apples will be distributed to all Alfa customers visiting any of the 9 Alfa store branches across Lebanon during working hours.

This step comes as a first phase of a comprehensive campaign Alfa will gradually announce.

Ministry of Climate Change and Environment to sponsor project of Carbon Ambassadors Programme

Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) announced that the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment will sponsor the Sustainable Agriculture Container, a project developed by the second batch of the Carbon Ambassadors Programme. The project aims to transform used service containers into sustainable agricultural containers, to spread environmental awareness, and encourage people to adopt an eco-friendly lifestyle.
