Dubai Maritime City Authority (DMCA), the government authority charged with regulating, coordinating and supervising all aspects of Dubai's maritime sector, has revealed that it has completed all of its preparations for the issuance of official permits for visiting yachts participating in this year’s edition of the Dubai International Boat Show (DIBS), the Middle East and North African region's (MENA) number one marine luxury, leisure and lifestyle industry event, which will be held from March 1 to March 5, 2016 at the Dubai International Marine Club, Mina Seyahi.
