Youth discuss sustainability at Youth Circle hosted by DEWA

Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has today hosted a Youth Circle session entitled Youth and Sustainability. The session is part of the Youth Circles initiative organised under the directives of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to listen to the next generation and learn their ideas, views and solutions for challenges.

Bankmed concludes its first Online Trading University Competition

In line with its strategy to support youth in their educational and career paths, Bankmed concluded its first Online Trading University Competition in a special ceremony held at its headquarters in Clemenceau on May 10, 2016. The ceremony, gathered a number of university professors and administrators from two participating universities, the American University of Beirut (AUB) and the Lebanese American University (LAU), alongside the Bank’s executives, who recognized the winners of this competition.

DEWA receives over 3,000 electronic job applications during its participation in Careers UAE 2016

Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) received over 3,000 job applications during its participation in Careers UAE from 16-18 May 2016. This year, DEWA used a live online evaluation mechanism of applications that is approved by the UK Evaluation Society. DEWA is the first government organisation to adopt this method of evaluation, which involves online tests designed for different roles and specialisations, as well as tests for students applying for DEWA’s scholarship programme.
