Harry’s Bar Beirut unveils Michelin starred Chef’s new menu and introduces New Executive Chef, ahead of the summer season

In an attempt to offer guests new and authentic menu offerings ahead of the summer season, Harry’s Bar, Beirut’s finest Italian restaurant, unveiled its new menu and introduces New Executive Chef Orazio Ganci, on June 12, 2015. Guests can now enter a journey of Italian gastronomy with a myriad of refreshing appetizers, salads, pastas, main dishes and desserts.

Designed by the prestigious Michelin starred Chef, Alberico Penati, and executed by the highly experienced Executive Chef Orazio Ganci, the new, refined menu has been tailored to delight lovers of fine Italian cuisine with a wide selection of dishes. Depicting the various textures and tastes of Italy’s rich food heritage, the menu is also complemented by a wine list from Italy’s most respected wine houses.

Currently heading the kitchen as the Executive Chef of Harry’s Bar Beirut, Chef Orazio Ganci, started his career at the Four Seasons hotel in Milan, and later pursued his passion for fine Italian cuisine at Harry’s bar London where he worked closely with Chef Penati and then moved on to being the Executive Chef at Carpaccio restaurant, known to be as one of the most desired and prestigious restaurants, in Royal Monceau Hotel in Paris.

Sami Hawa, Managing Director and Partner at Harry’s Bar Beirut, commented on the occasion, saying, “Ganci’s execution of Harry’s Bar’ new menu marks a remarkable culinary landmark to Beirut, the region’s gastronomic capital. Chef Ganci carefully concocts new dishes which include an array of selections with a delectable Italian taste.”

Chef Orazio Ganci explained that the new menu showcases an exceptional range of authentic Italian cuisine, combining classic dishes with summer flavors by using the season’s ripest ingredients, adding that, “The highlight of this menu is not only its use of fresh produce but also its commitment to seasonality, the true essence of Italian cuisine.”

Situated in Saifi Village in the heart of Beirut, Harry’s Bar’ décor, features a grand architectural design leaving guests immersed by its high ceilings and vibrant interior, as well as its elegant atmosphere and trained personnel’s courteous and warm welcome.
