Dubai Courts reveals Customer Happiness Index of 69 per cent

We will continue to offer best-in-class services in order to achieve 100 per cent customer and public happiness—Director General Al Mansouri

 

UAE, 28 February, 2015 - Dubai Courts has revealed that it has achieved a customer happiness index of 69 per cent and a public happiness index of 58 per cent. The figures, which were the results of the implementation of daily surveys with Dubai Courts clients, falls in line with the Happiness Index initiative of His Highness (H.H.) Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. The initiative is aimed at measuring the public’s contentment and satisfaction with different government services.   H.E. Expert/ Tarish Eid Al Mansouri, Director General, Dubai Courts, explained that the move to measure the level of happiness of both the customer and the public is part of Dubai Courts commitment and show of support for the Happiness Index initiative, which makes Dubai the world’s first city to measure the public’s levels of happiness and develop government services under highest standards of quality, excellence and transparency to ensure ultimate happiness and welfare for all members of the community.   Al Mansouri added, “The excellent results generated from our daily surveys demonstrate Dubai Courts success in addressing all of our customers’ needs by providing them with an integrated portfolio of high-quality legal services. In line with this, our offered smart services have also generated key response from our customers, which has encouraged us to continue with our plan to further transform 210 more services into smart services before the end of the year—a move that falls in line with Dubai’s efforts to become one of the world’s leading smart cities.”   “Furthermore, we want to establish a more competitive and efficient work environment to ensure employee satisfaction and happiness.
