Ericsson again named a Leader in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Integrated Revenue and Customer Management for CSPs

Ericsson has been named a Leader in Gartner’s 2017 Magic Quadrant for Integrated Revenue and Customer Management for CSPs, positioned furthest to the right for Completeness of Vision.

untitled-2.jpg Gartner, the world’s leading IT research and advisory company, has once again recognized Ericsson as a Leader, placing the company in the Leaders quadrant of the 2017 Magic Quadrant for Integrated Revenue and Customer Management for CSPs.

The recent report provides a snapshot of the market and vendors offering integrated revenue and customer management (IRCM) solutions for communications service providers (CSPs) and evaluates them based on their completeness of vision and ability to execute.

Ericsson believes these results confirm our clear, differentiated and industry-leading BSS vision, which is already backed by customers such as Entel, T-Mobile and Veon as they drive their digital transformations.

Ericsson’s BSS vision provides a clear roadmap for operators to re-imagine and re-engineer their businesses to deliver digital services.

Jan Karlsson, Ericsson Head of BSS, says: “We feel Gartner’s latest Magic Quadrant report cements Ericsson’s vision to ultimately enable our customers to achieve digital transformation success with market-leading BSS solutions. Digitalization is transforming the entire ICT industry and opening up a whole host of opportunities with it: opportunities that we help our customers capture by reducing complexity, increasing efficiency, and lessening total cost of ownership.”

Ericsson’s suite of solutions in its IRCM portfolio covers convergent charging, business support, and control systems, with a product catalog for a streamlined approach across all customers and services.

The product portfolio includes Ericsson Charging and Billing in One (CBiO), Ericsson Revenue Manager, Ericsson BSCS iX and Ericsson Charging System. Revenue Manager, the latest addition to the product portfolio, is a cloud-ready convergent charging and billing system that enables digital business transformation and addresses the unique needs of digital services and business models.

Driven by changes in user habits, technology, business and society, the entire telecommunications industry is evolving, and forward-thinking players recognize they must also evolve with it. Explore Ericsson’s vision for digital BSS here.
