Dubai Autodrome, the region's first fully integrated motor sports facility by Union Properties, hosted an exciting round of the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Middle East for the third season from February 15-16. The popular race series headlined a full weekend of adrenaline-pumping racing action and entertainment at MotorCity.
Timur Boguslavskiy and Frederik Schandorff of Target Racing raced to three victories in their #9 Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo Evo.
In other series as part of the event, ZRT Motorsport’s Jonathan Mullan vroomed to his first NGK UAE Touring Car (NGK UAE TCC) race victory in his #48 Honda Integra, while Costas Papantonis of Gulf Petrochem/Mouhritsa Racing placed second in a TCR Cupra. Among the other notable achievers, Saska Totaro grabbed a couple of wins in the Bahrain Superbike Championship and Mahmoud Tannir notched up similar honors in the Al Masaood National Motorcycle Championship. The current edition of the F4 UAE Championship witnessed four separate winners in four races, with Shihab Al Habsi, Joshua Dürksen, Matteo Nannini and Tijmen van der Helm all crowding the top tier of the podium.
