“This year’s finalists feature truly inspirational and innovative stories of how our Middle East client organizations have worked diligently with their leadership, care teams and IT staff to help elevate the health care experience for the communities in their respective countries,” said Michael Pomerance, vice president and managing director, Cerner Middle East & Africa. “The 2018 Achievement and Innovation Awards received more than 40 entries from four countries in less than two months. We look forward to continuing the journey of advancing health care together with our visionary client leadership.”

Cerner created the Achievement and Innovation Awards to recognize clients that have effectively enhanced value for their organizations and improved the health care experience for patients through health IT and the support of Cerner’s solutions and services.

During the annual Cerner Middle East Collaboration Forum at The Address Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the top three finalists for each award category presented on their successes. After the presentations, the audience voted to select a winner in each category and winners were announced during the forum’s awards ceremony.
